1. Information we collect

From clients booking events: name, email, phone, billing details, event venue, event date, and any information you share through our contact, quote, or questionnaire forms.

From event guests at activations: photos and videos captured at the booth, and (when guests opt in) email address or mobile number for digital delivery.

From website visitors: standard log data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) collected by our hosting provider, plus privacy-respecting analytics through Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal data).

2. How we use information

• Deliver photo booth services you contracted for
• Send guests their photos, videos, or GIFs after the event
• Process payments and issue invoices/receipts
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Provide event analytics and lead-capture data to corporate clients (when contracted)
• Send marketing emails about MIGHTY services (only with explicit opt-in consent)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell guest or client data. We share information only with:

• Contracted corporate clients: for events where lead capture is part of the engagement, opt-in guest contact data is delivered to the client per the booking agreement
• Service providers: payment processors (Square), email delivery (Resend), file storage (Amazon S3/CloudFront), CRM (Notion), and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual protections
• Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

4. Event photo galleries

We host event photo galleries on mightyphotobooths.com so guests can retrieve their photos. By default, galleries are publicly viewable. Clients can request that their event gallery be set to private or password-protected by contacting us at info@mightyphotobooths.com.

5. Your choices

• Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any promotional email
• Photo removal: if your photo appears in a gallery and you would like it removed, email info@mightyphotobooths.com with the gallery URL and we will remove it within 5 business days
• Data access & deletion: request a copy or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@mightyphotobooths.com

6. Data retention

Event photos and galleries are typically retained for 24 months unless a client requests earlier deletion or longer hosting. Client account and billing records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (generally 7 years).

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted storage, encrypted transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted service providers. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to report any suspected vulnerability to info@mightyphotobooths.com.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. When children appear in event photo galleries (e.g. weddings, birthday parties), the responsible adult who hosted the event is the point of contact for any removal requests.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve or as required by law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
